What it is
Single-serve electrolyte hydration drink mix.
Signal is the hydration option in the SSUMO range: a full-spectrum electrolyte blend — magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium and zinc — plus L-citrulline and beetroot extract. Sugar free, caffeine free and 25 calories per stick, so it fits around training and fasting alike.
