Use of this website

This site is an information resource. It explains what each single-serve stick contains, how much water to add and how people typically use it, so you can decide for yourself whether a product suits you.

We take care to keep product information accurate and in line with the manufacturer's published specifications, but formulations and pack details can change. The pack you hold is always the authoritative source for ingredients, nutrition and allergens.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for commercial purposes.
• Do not reproduce SSUMO branding, photography or copy without written permission.
• Do not present information from this site as medical, dietary or professional advice to others.

Products and sellers

SSUMO curates single-serve electrolyte sticks manufactured to our specification. SSUMO is an independent retail concept and nothing here should be read as a statement by the manufacturer.

Bags bought on this website are sold to you by SSUMO, and we handle delivery, refunds and returns. Single sticks taken from a stand are sold to you by the venue where the stand sits, so any refund or exchange for a single stick is handled at that counter.

Prices and payment

Prices on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. One-off orders are posted within the United Kingdom for £1.99, and orders of two bags or more are posted free. Every subscription delivery is posted free.

Payment is taken at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until you pause or cancel them, and you can make changes at any time before your next order is processed.

Prices in a venue are set by that venue, not by us, and may differ between locations.

Returns, refunds and the Taste Guarantee

Our 30-day Taste Guarantee lets you try one stick of each flavour and return your first bag for a refund of the bag price. Delivery charges and return postage are not refunded, and at least 16 of the 20 sticks must come back with the pouch.

Health and suitability

The products featured are food supplements, not medicines, and no claim is made that they treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please read the supplement disclaimer as well as these terms before using any product.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site, any product listing or any stocked location at any time. Listed locations reflect our records at the time of publishing and stock at a given venue is not guaranteed.

Liability

This site is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, from a product bought from a third-party seller, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer against the venue that sold you a product are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
