The 30-day Taste Guarantee

A bag holds 20 sticks — five of each of our four flavours. We want you to be able to taste every one before you decide.

If SSUMO is not for you, return your first bag within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for the bag.

• The purchase must be your first SSUMO bag.
• Try up to four sticks — one of each flavour. The pouch must come back with at least 16 of the original 20 sticks.
• Email hello@ssumo.life before sending anything back, and we will give you the return address and instructions.
• We refund the price paid for the bag. Original delivery charges and return postage are not refunded.
• One Taste Guarantee refund per customer or household.
• The return must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds and how they are paid

Once your return arrives and we have checked the contents, we refund to the card or payment method you paid with, normally within five working days. We will email you when the refund is sent.

If a bag arrives damaged, opened in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery. That is separate from the Taste Guarantee.

Your legal right to cancel

As a consumer buying online you also have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and return the goods. Because the sticks are sealed food supplements, that right does not apply to a bag once it has been opened.

The Taste Guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights: it lets you open a bag and taste it, which the statutory right does not. Nothing here reduces your rights under consumer law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew every month and delivery is always free.

You can pause, skip, change quantity or cancel from your account at any time. Changes must be made before your next order is processed — once a payment has been taken and the bags are posted, that delivery stands.

The free SSUMO bottle is sent with your first subscription delivery only, one per customer.

Delivery

One-off orders are posted within the United Kingdom for £1.99. Orders of two bags or more, and every subscription delivery, are posted free.

We aim to post orders within two working days. We will let you know if anything is delayed.
